Like
- I like blue and the ‘Supersonic’ blue has a nice finish
- Logo and model name stampings:

  • Corvette flags stamped on the front and rear
  • Tiny little ‘Z06’ stamped on front left & right fenders on the air vent
  • ‘CORVETTE’ stamped on both sides of the engine’s 4 cylinder banks on each side
- Power bulge on the bonnet and the stylish indent on the roof
- Single air-intake just ahead of the bonnet in the middle
- Raised vents on the front & rear fenders (both sides)
- Specially designed splitter below the front grille
- Plastic headlights with painted bulb markings
- Trapezoidal rear window that is curved nicely
- One of the reasons why I went for this model is that it has realistic looking outside rear-view mirrors mounted on the doors & not next to the A-pillar as in most cars, though the finish on the door around that area is not great – more in the ‘Could be better section’
- Rubber tyres with treads on shiny 5-double-spoke alloy-look rims
- Ridge just above the area between the tail-lights marking the spoiler with an integrated red-painted stop lamp
- Realistic number plate at the rear
- Quad exhaust pipes in the centre below the rear bumper area
- Opening bonnet (front-hinged) revealing a neat little bay with red engine head covers that are stamped ‘Corvette’ – which is unbelievable as it is such a small print but clear that this detail is easily overlooked
- Shop tool comes along with the car – useful for making a Diorama
- Shop tool is a Firestone branded toolbox in red colour & is made of plastic

Could be better
- This model had a lot of potential but the area around the driver-side A-pillar area is sort of broken & not joined properly, partly due to that area being curvy and difficult to get a decent joint and partly it could be a slightly defective piece from the factory itself. The A-pillar area on the passenger side is fine though.
- The bonnet doesn’t shut flush near the cowl
- Also the finish around the outside rear-view mirrors area is not great with visible jagged fold lines
- The rear left wheel also has melted & deformed a bit due to the tight plastic packing & probably the Indian summer heat
